GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – As the Packers kick off their 2024 season on Friday night in Brazil, one Green Bay business is using its gameday time to help out a family in need.
Camera Corner Connecting Point, located at 529 North Monroe Ave., hosted a tailgate cookout fundraiser in support of Issac Koltz, a 21-year-old from West De Pere who was recently diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Koltz’s mother Shanna has been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and helps teach photography classes, so Camera Corner decided to help support the Koltz family as Issac undergoes cancer treatments.
All proceeds from the fundraiser, including the raffle will directly support the family, with prizes such as two tickets to the Packers game on Nov. 24 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Issac’s father Lance said that while the news was painful, the family can’t put into words how much they appreciate the community support.
“When we first heard that he had cancer, it was a kick in the gut,” Lance Koltz said. “But, the support from the community, family members and friends has been overwhelming.”
Lance added that the amount of people who have gone through similar experiences has been a great resource for the family, especially at the beginning.

“Coming in, you’re a little naive,” Lance Koltz said. “Until you’ve actually dealt with it, you just dive into it and see what it’s all about. Then you realize how many people out there have had the experience, and they call and offer support.”
Fortunately, the family says that Issac is doing well right now and that his spirits are high.
