Israel has released the latest group of Palestinian prisoners from Israeli jails after a delay, according to media reports.
Many of the Palestinian prisoners released under the ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Islamist Hamas group have arrived in the West Bank, the reports said.
In Ramallah, 66 Palestinians were received by their relatives, Palestinian media reported.
They were released in return for hostages who had previously been freed from the Gaza Strip. Israel initially postponed the release of the prisoners due to the chaotic scenes during the hostage release in Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip.
Relatives in Ramallah had waited impatiently for the prisoners to arrive.
A total of 110 Palestinian prisoners were to be released from Israeli jails on Thursday, including at least 30 convicted murderers, as well as some women and minors.
Some of the 110 Palestinians were reportedly taken to the Gaza Strip. Several are to be sent abroad under the agreement because of the severity of their crimes.
